The reason for the small \u201ci\u201d and capital \u201cI\u201d was to reference inward Spirit as \u201ci\u201d and outward Ego as \u201cI\u201d.  My thoughts came to me during meditation the \u201cgolden rule\u201d of making sure to have the same level of self-care as you give to others.  When you are in a leadership or caregiver role, it can be easy to put yourself last and others first.  Taking care of others also means taking care of yourself in equal measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything is about balance like a well-tended garden.\u00a0 No one element such as insects, sunshine, rain, or plants dominates.\u00a0 They work together in harmony of giving and receiving.\u00a0 In addition to this drawing, also did a companion sketch \u201cI give what I want to receive<\/a>\u201d too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
