San Diego Opera opened a dress rehearsal for local artists to attend for live sketch night. Their current production is “Carmen” by Georges Bizet. It is an opera in 4 acts based on a gypsy named Carmen. The best known songs from the opera include the “Habanera” from act 1 and the “Toreador Song” from act 2.
