The idea for the fall leaves art was inspired by scattered maple leaves whose shape and shading formed the word art for maple.
The art drawing was created using colored pencil and ink on paper by Laurel Latto.
It was made for SCBWI Artober Day 14 for the art prompt of “maple.”
